The dairy is located in one of the cleanest regions of Bulgaria - the Teteven Balkan and is equipped with production equipment that meets European standards and norms for the production of dairy products. During the entire production cycle, the purity and quality of the products we produce are continuously monitored.

Incoming control of raw milk and other materials ensures that only quality raw materials are put into production. Every level and stage of the milk processing technology is monitored daily.

The production capacity of the enterprise is 16,000 liters of milk per day, of which 6,000 liters are intended for the production of cheese and 10,000 liters for the production of white brine cheese.
