Breakfast with eggs and mozzarella

Method of preparation:
With the colorful Easter eggs, you can prepare a wonderful breakfast for the family. Cut a baguette into slices, butter each piece. Place a slice of tomato, a piece of egg and a circle of mozzarella from Teteven dairy. Bake in moderate oven for 5 minutes until mozzarella is melted. Garnish with basil pesto if desired.

Stuffed eggs with cottage cheese

Necessary products:

  • 150g cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 40 ml fresh milk
  • 20 g of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley for garnish (optional)

Method of preparation:
Cut the boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks. Mash the cottage cheese with the milk and butter, add the yolks. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the egg whites with the resulting mixture. If you wish, you can decorate with parsley.

Fast made breads with cottage cheese

Necessary products:

  • 300g cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp. oil
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • salt
  • poppy seeds for sprinkling

Method of preparation:
Mix 1 egg and one egg white in a bowl (the yolk will be needed for spreading), add the oil, the cottage cheese, 1-2 pinches of salt, the sifted flour with the baking powder mixed in it. Store the resulting thick and sticky mixture in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. With oiled hands, form small loaves and arrange them in a tray on baking paper. Make an incision on the buns, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake in a heated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.

Cheese souffle

Method of preparation:
The cheese souffle is quick and very easy to prepare. Beat the eggs with the fresh milk and flour. Add the grated cheese and mix. Pour the mixture into a pre-greased mold or pan. Bake at a moderate temperature for about 20 minutes.

Banitsa with cheese and ready crusts

Necessary products:

  • 400g of chopped peels
  • 4 eggs
  • 400g of yogurt
  • 300g Vezhen cheese
  • ¾ tsp oil
  • 1 tsp baking soda
 

Method of preparation:
Mix the eggs (preliminarily removed from the refrigerator), yogurt, cheese, ½ tsp. oil and baking soda until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. In a greased tray, put 1-2 sheets of the skins, on which put the mixture and sprinkle with oil. Repeat the process until the peels and mixture are used up. Coat the last sheet of crust with oil. Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, until the pie acquires a golden color. After removing the pie from the oven, cover with a cotton towel until it cools.
