The factory has technology and production equipment that meet European standards and norms for the production of dairy products. The production capacity of the enterprise is 3 tons per day, of which about 350 kg is produced. ready-made mozzarella daily.
Mozzarella is made from fresh cow's milk and yeast without using any preservatives.
