Yellow cheese

Teteven dairy yellow cheese is produced from fresh milk, according to the traditional Bulgarian recipe. It has a yellowish-amber color, with a soft, clean and well-formed surface with an exceptional taste and smell of ripe yellow cheese.

Cheesecake Ingredients: fresh cow's milk, yeast, salt, calcium chloride.

Fat in dry matter: not less than 44%

Storage temperature: from +2 to +4 degrees Celsius.
